The Mapo Ogyeopsal Alley is a stretch of grilled pork restaurants in Mapo-gu that has become one of Seoul's most famous BBQ destinations. Ogyeopsal refers to thick-cut five-layer pork belly, which is grilled over charcoal at the table and eaten wrapped in lettuce with garlic, ssamjang, and kimchi.
